Your privacy choices
Delete your account data
You can request deletion of personal data connected to your Theis Family website account at any time, including when you signed in with Facebook, Google, or email. You do not need to sign in to make a request.
How to request deletion
- Email the website organizer at scarlettsix@gmail.com with the subject Theis Family website — account and data deletion request.
- Include the email address you used to sign in and say whether you want your entire account deleted, your event posts removed, or particular personal information corrected or deleted.
- The organizer will verify that the request concerns your account, respond to you, and arrange removal of account information and connected website records as appropriate. Verification may involve confirming control of your sign-in email address. Never send a password, login code, or identity document.
Account deletion is currently handled by an organizer rather than an automatic button. Requests can also be sent if you have lost access to the sign-in method.
Family history and archives
Deleting a website login is different from asking to correct or remove an entry in a historical genealogy source. If you also want an archival record reviewed, describe the record and your concern in the same request. Organizers will handle requests involving other relatives and original historical documents separately.
If you used Facebook Login
Removing Theis Family from your Facebook connected apps stops that connection but does not, by itself, delete your Theis Family website account. Please follow the email instructions above to request deletion of data stored by this website.
